Mount Pleasant Vet Centre (Gelenggang) provides a full range of diagnostic, medical and surgical referral services. The major focus for our team is the management and treatment of patients who require advanced and intensive care. The centre is also committed to improving the quality of life for pets with chronic and debilitating conditions through palliative care and owner education and support.
Our medical referral service is headed by Dr Anthony Goh. Our surgical referral service is headed by Dr Dennis Choi.
Dr Nathalee Prakash is one of two veterinary specialists in Singapore. We currently provide a referral service for Internal Medicine which focuses on the diagnosis and management in areas of cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, haematology, infectious disease, medical oncology, nephrology and neurology.

It’s 11am & dear Aunty Mary is preparing lunch for our busy vets & team who often just grab a quick bite before surgery or our afternoon consults at 2pm. Lots of work is still being done over lunch time!

Our laboratory is managed by Jay, seen here with Fred. We have the most comprehensive range of diagnostic tests & advanced in-house analysers from IDEXX Laboratories in Singapore.

Our surgical team works with state-of-the-art surgical equipments & facilities including Synthes® (Swiss precision instruments) orthopaedic & neurosurgical units, Valleylab® electrosurgery unit, operating microscope & a Cardell® multifunction digital anaesthetic monitoring system.

Mimi was adopted by a wonderful family 17 years ago when they found him at their door step. Being diabetic, Mimi has been hospitalised & regulated for a few days. Today he is going home.

Rocky the German Shepherd has been limping on his right leg & here for X-Rays. The sweetest GSD. Just a big baby, his guardian says.

Our staff on overnight duty starts their shift at 8.30pm. Tonight Dexter & Sherilyn will be monitoring our hospitalised pets closely.
